Kathy was a delight to work with. We looked at a number of houses - all of which she answered all of our questions and followed up with any information we requested. She did find us an amazing house!

We knew we wanted to move to the west coast of Florida from PA but weren't sure exactly where. We were pretty unprepared to be honest and had a short window to sell our house in PA then buy a house here in FL. We were extremely lucky that we ended up with Kathy. She took a lot of time and showed  us numerous houses and really listened to what we were looking to buy. She also showed us some things we didn't think about. Kathy helped us find something my wife and I could both be happy with buying. We ended up finding a great house and in an awesome neighborhood. Little did we know that was the easy part. We experienced numerous problems buying the house. Kathy was fantastic and truly went above and beyond what we would expect from any agent. She literally took care of everything because we couldn't make it back down to Florida. We can honestly say that if it weren't for her, this sale would not have happened. She dealt with the previous owner issues, house inspection issues, and the bank issues that came up. We basically picked the house and she made it happen. I know you went through many tedious weeks and months, with many changes, before you finally brought about the sale. No small task in a market flooded with foreclosures and abandoned homes!

This letter is to express what a terrific realtor Kathy Dowd is. We lived in NC when we bought our house in FL from her. We sent her on many visual tour outings, and she was always there checking out the house for us. We made our offer by seeing the visual tour of our beautiful home. We didn’t actually see it in person until our inspection. She went above and beyond. We started out dealing with another realtor, and she still has yet to make contact with me to see how our search is going.

My husband and I recently closed on a home in Cape Coral Florida, with Kathy Dowd as our Realtor.   After flying down and spending a week house-hunting, we returned home without a contract.   Believe it or not....we literally bought our home sight unseen.

I have never written a letter of recommendation before but I would like to write one for you.

We started looking for a home in the early part of 2009 and was on the brink of just giving up. We went through four realtors and finally you were our fifth and our last. You were the only one that was totally up front with us even if it hurt you making a sale. You stuck by us even when we were ready to give up, in fact we did give up and you gave us a little room and then you got with us again. What can I say that will make you understand how much you were and are appreciated. If not for you my "now" very special friend we would still be looking.
